Registrum starts at $8.95/month (AUD) for the Starter plan. The Jobs Management plan is $40.95/month for tradies and field service businesses. The Professional plan is $92/month and includes unlimited invoices, full payroll and STP Phase 2 export format, inventory, CRM and Telegram sending. Does Registrum support Single Touch Payroll (STP)?

Yes. Registrum produces STP Phase 2 reports in the ATO-specified format from your pay-run data. Lodgement is done through the ATO Business Portal or your tax agent — Registrum is not a registered ATO Digital Service Provider.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Registrum runs entirely in your browser and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile. You can also install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for a native-like experience on any device.

Can my accountant access my data?

Yes. You can invite your accountant with read-only or module-specific access. They get their own dashboard view without needing a separate subscription. You stay in control of what they can see.

Can I manage multiple businesses?

Yes! Master account holders can create and switch between multiple organisations from the sidebar. Each organisation has isolated data, branding, banking details, and its own Telegram bot. Available on all plans.

What CRM features are included?

Registrum includes a built-in CRM with a unified hub featuring three tabs: Contacts (with enriched fields like company name, ABN, industry, and tags), a Deals pipeline (Kanban board from Lead through to Won/Lost), and Follow-ups (tasks and reminders with overdue detection). You can share deals and follow-ups externally via secure links.

How does Telegram document sending work?

From any invoice, quote, credit note, or purchase order, click the Send button to choose what to include (PDF, summary text, portal link) and the channel (Email, Telegram, or Both). Your client needs to message /start to your Telegram bot first so you can get their Chat ID. Available on Professional and Business plans.

How does the Refer a Friend program work?

Every user automatically receives a unique referral code on signup. Share your personal link from the 'Refer a Friend' page in the sidebar — when someone signs up using your link, the referral is tracked automatically. Admins can configure rewards like free trial extensions.
